Trinity College
to JFK Airport.

Tell us the dorm or building and your chauffeur meets you right there. Parents visiting for Family Weekend or Commencement can book the ride to campus and back at the same time.

First leg: onto I-84 or I-91 in Hartford. The rest of the way to JFK: I-91 south to New Haven, I-95 or Route 15 through Fairfield County, then the Whitestone or Throgs Neck and the Van Wyck. Door to door it's about 115 mi, usually 2 hr 8 min – 2 hr 28 min, and the place that decides your timing is the Van Wyck Expressway.

JFK isn't the nearest airport to Trinity College — that's HPN, about 1 hr 30 min away — but it's often the one with the right flight. Overseas flights are the usual reason to choose JFK. The fare from Trinity College is quoted up front with tolls included; put your address in the form above.

Students heading home for break usually leave on the same one or two days, so pickups from Trinity College are tightly scheduled. Tell us the building or dorm, how many bags, and the flight number — we'll take care of the timing to JFK.

From Trinity College, plan the pickup 4 hr 30 min before a domestic departure and 5 hr 30 min before an international one.

Evening international departures make late afternoon the busiest time at JFK's security lines — plan a little extra if your flight leaves between 5 and 10 PM. Holiday weekends and Friday afternoons are when we add the most cushion on the Trinity College route.

• Your flight number, so we can track it
• Number of people and suitcases, so we send the right car

Take the Hartford Line from Hartford Union Station to Grand Central (changing at New Haven), then the LIRR from Grand Central Madison to Jamaica and the AirTrain to your terminal — three legs with luggage.

The car takes 2 hr 8 min – 2 hr 28 min and starts at your front door.
